Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email works)
- Final sale and custom pieces are not eligible for return
To initiate a return, email us at support@celestarajewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or incorrect items
Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.
